1. FoldIt

A protein folding game where the object is to fold the most compact protein without any clashes. You can use scripts (called "Recipes" in-game) to help with folding the protein.

2. EteRNA

This is like FoldIt but has RNA strands you have to color. The switch puzzles can be especially difficult. Yellow is adenine, Blue is Uracil, Red is Guanine, Green is Cytosine.
